whats the difference in a regular body drop and a stock-floor bodydrop?(noob question, but i didn't know so i figured i'd ask)

on a traditional bd u cut the floor out and actuall drop the body down. on a stock floor u build a custom frame that drops the body lower without actually ever cutting the body
